Plans & Billing
From ¥9.9/month for 60GB of data, with Alipay, WeChat and USDT payment, a 30-day no-questions-asked refund and unlimited simultaneous devices.
All six tiers are listed in the table below. Monthly plans reset data on the activation date each month; data packs are not time-based and last until used up. Device limits are the same for both: unlimited.
| Plan | Price | Billing | Data | Devices |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Monthly · 60GB | ¥9.9 / month | Billed monthly; data resets monthly on the activation date | 60GB / month | Unlimited devices |
| Monthly · 250GB | ¥18 / month | Billed monthly; data resets monthly on the activation date | 250GB / month | Unlimited devices |
| Monthly · 500GB | ¥28 / month | Billed monthly; data resets monthly on the activation date | 500GB / month | Unlimited devices |
| Data pack · 300GB | ¥158 | One-time purchase, lasts until used up, never expires | 300GB | Unlimited devices |
| Data pack · 1000GB | ¥358 | One-time purchase, lasts until used up, never expires | 1000GB | Unlimited devices |
| Data pack · 3000GB | ¥658 | One-time purchase, lasts until used up, never expires | 3000GB | Unlimited devices |
Prices in the table match those in the user panel, and all payments are completed inside the panel. If you upgrade a monthly plan mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated by the remaining days.
Pick the billing model that matches how you use it: connect every day and a monthly plan fits; use it only now and then and a data pack fits. Route coverage, device limits and the refund policy are identical between the two.

The three tiers differ only in data allowance: route coverage, simultaneous device limits and the refund policy are identical. Match a tier to your actual usage over the past month.
Suited to one to two hours online a day — web browsing, email, social feeds and short videos. What you get at this price is a smaller monthly allowance, not a cut-down route list: IEPL dedicated lines, relay and direct routes are all available, and streaming and AI tool routes cost nothing extra.
The only limit is the data itself: 60GB is a monthly cap that resets on the activation date. If a given month means long hours of HD video, frequent large-file syncs or all-day downloads, you may run out mid-month. In that case there is no need for a second account — upgrade to a higher tier in the user panel and the price difference is prorated by the remaining days.
Suited to three to five hours a day with several devices at home: research and work in the daytime, streaming or writing with AI tools in the evening. 250GB leaves headroom for that pattern, so you are not checking the counter every day.
The only difference from the 60GB tier is the data allowance. The test is simple: if the past month included any worry about running out, start at this tier rather than buying the cheapest one and topping up later.
Suited to work that keeps a connection running for hours: development and debugging, asset syncing, remote desktop, HD video all evening. 500GB is also the lowest cost per GB of the three tiers.
Again the only limit is data: 500GB is still a monthly cap that resets on the activation date. If you genuinely go over, add a data pack — packs last until used up, are not cleared at month end, and any unused allowance stays in your account.
Data packs are for irregular usage: you don't want a monthly renewal, and you don't want allowance wiped at month end.
A data pack buys an allowance, not a period of access. ¥158 buys 300GB, ¥358 buys 1000GB and ¥658 buys 3000GB, valid until used up with no expiry: no monthly reset, no expiry date — leave it for months and the same data is still there.
Suited to business trips, short projects and situations where international routes are only needed at certain times. If you connect a few times a month, a monthly plan leaves part of the allowance unused, while a data pack follows actual usage.
A monthly plan resets data each month on the activation date and suits steady long-term use; a data pack is a one-time purchase and suits irregular usage. Device limits, route coverage and the refund policy are identical — only the billing model differs, so neither choice costs you routes.
Data packs are ordered inside the user panel, where payment and activation status are both shown. Nothing extra is needed to use one: pick a region and route type in the client and connect, and the data comes out of the pack allowance.
The items below are the same across tiers, for monthly plans and data packs alike — nothing is removed because you picked a lower-priced tier.
The same account signs in on Windows, macOS, iOS, Android and Linux, with no extra charge for a second device.
There are locations across Asia-Pacific, Europe, North America, South America, the Middle East and Oceania, grouped by region and route type so you don't have to guess when choosing.
IEPL dedicated lines, relay and direct routes all come in the same subscription. For cross-border access, streaming and AI tools, the trade-offs between the three differ.
Traffic between the client and the exit node runs through an encrypted tunnel; account details and transferred content never travel over a plaintext link.
There are dedicated routes for Netflix, Disney+, YouTube and for tools such as ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini — just pick by purpose.
Clients are available for Windows, macOS, iOS, Android and Linux; sign in, grab your subscription from the panel and import it.
Register with a username and password — no email address to fill in, and no email-based account recovery.
Open a ticket in the user panel within 30 days of payment to apply; the process is set out in the refund promise below.
The differences side by side: the three monthly tiers differ only in data allowance, while data packs change the billing model. On narrow screens you can scroll the table sideways.
